I can't believe my first OSU football season starts in just one day! I'm so excited!! Everyone keeps telling me that I am big enough to be a lineman on the team, but Coach Tressel hasn't called me yet. Maybe next year. Go Bucks!

Party time
Why are mom and dad smiling? Probably because they aren't wearing a stupid hat. I slept, I ate, I got my diaper changed, and I partied with little Taylor. Here is a picture of us below. I really don't remember much of what happened, but mommy tells me I had fun. I'm just impressed that my parents kept me from getting sunburned. They are so responsible.

Action packed Saturday
I had a very busy day today. I got up at 9am and gave mommy lots of smiles while I was getting dressed. Then I did my upper body workout. I'm really good at pushups. Then mom and I went shopping for a birthday present for Taylor. (Tomorrow we're going to her house for my first party. I'm so excited!) Then I got tired. Shopping can be exhausting. Now I'm getting ready to watch the Indians game. Whew, what a day!

I'm so grown up.
Yesterday mom and dad took me to visit a childcare center at mommy's work. It seems they think I am grown up enough to start going to work too. I don't think my job will be too hard. Mostly eating, sleeping, working out, and babbling. I already do that at home so how hard can it be?! Everyone there was very nice. They told me that I will be working with another baby named Naomi who is almost the same age as me. I hope she is cute, I mean smart. My first day is September 4th, but I haven't decided yet how many hours I want to work. Probably not many, because I like being at home so much.
This is a picture of me all dressed up for my interview at the childcare center. Don't I look nice? Not only am I grown up enough to start working, but I'm literally growing so much that I can't fit into any of my 0-3 months clothes anymore. Now I'm wearing 3-6 months stuff, and I'm only 6 weeks old!

Doctor update
Last night I got to go back to see the doctor for my one month check-up (I'm really 5 weeks, but who's counting). He said that I am healthy as a horse, or a small pony. I am now 12 lbs 6 oz (+97%tile) and 22.25 inches long (75%tile). Over 97% of babies my age weigh less than me! An A for weight and only a C for length! I need to work on that. From now on I will be exercising my legs more to help them grow longer.
My mommy and daddy were concerned about how much I've been eating. The doctor said that for now I can eat as much as I want. Which is good, because I sure do get hungry. They also were worried because I hate to sleep on my back. Actually I refuse. The doctor said to keep trying. They can try all they want but I won't do it!

Smile for the Indians?
The Indians latest losing streak makes me so mad! They were in first place in their division and now they are blowing it. They better beat Detroit tonight. Mom promised that I am wearing a lucky outfit. Dad says that the season is over and Mom says that they will start winning again. Hmmm... I haven't decided yet if I'd rather be a pessimist or an optimist.
Also.... I gave mom and dad my first "official" smiles this morning. I've been practicing for almost a week. They are soooo excited. It is fun to watch them go crazy. But no matter how much they beg, I will not smile for the camera :)

Aunt Ali is cool
Yea! My Aunt Ali came to visit me this weekend. She was only here an hour before my mommy and daddy took off to see the Bourne Ultimatum. Jeez, I'm only 3 weeks old and they couldn't wait to sell me out for a movie. But who cares. Aunt Ali is cool. She even made me a tent to play in! I love my secondary caregiver.

Take a picture, it'll last longer
Ok, this isn't funny anymore. Stop making me pose for pictures when you know that I can't sit up on my own yet. I look ridiculous. Plus, I think my vision is being permanently damaged by all the camera flashes!
