Kindergarten tour
Tonight, after baseball, I went on a tour of the K1 building! I've been inside a few times with Cole, but this was OFFICIAL! I was ridiculously excited. I saw a classroom, the library, art room, music room, the gym, the playground, and .... the bus!
Salamanders
For the past month I have been learning about rain forests. My teacher has read us books, we were visited by the Columbus Zoo, and I've done lots of homework assignments. I also was able to pick my own research topic, and I chose salamanders. They are so cute! I did lots of research and wrote an essay about what I learned. At home I spent days making an art display of this wonderful amphibian. This Saturday my school is having a big party to celebrate rain forests and our partnership with the zoo and Rwanda.
Here is my salamander, sitting by the river bank in his rain forest home.

Little Blue Jay!
I am ready to be a bossy bird and a star baseball player. I am so excited that my new team plays at the big baseball park where Cole plays. My first practice was so much fun. Now all I want to do is play catch and talk about my next baseball day.
Cole gets to watch me play now!

Easter with Grandma
Easter at Grandma's means egg hunts in the house, dressing up for church, playing with cousins, and lots of yummy, yummy food!
I love my pretty cousin Emma!
Mega Easter Egg Hunt
This Easter weekend we went to an Easter party at the New Albany High School football field. It was soooo cool. There were tons of eggs to grab, we ate hot dogs, jumped in a bouncy house, and ran around the track.
Luke only got 5 eggs! He is so slow.

Minecraft
I am obsessed with Minecraft. It is the most awesomest game ever made. I have it on the iPad and xBox, but that is not enough. I HAVE to have it on the PC too (and on xBox Live). Everyone loves it so much that there is even an after school program for kids to play together. I started this week!
P.S. Ignore that annoying little boy behind me!

Trix are for Luke!
There is nothing better than eating tons of Trix yogurt, collecting the UPC codes, mailing them away, and waiting a month to get a "free" light up spoon. No seriously! Nothing better!
We miss you Ali and Dexter
It was really nice being home with Ali and Dexter all Spring Break. It is hard to be back in school now. We did so many fun things. We even had a day nice enough to go to the park.
I think laying around the house in our pj's was just as fun.

Museums with Ali and Dex
Spring break week was way too cold. So instead of going to the zoo (which I really, really wanted to do) we went to museums.
At the Columbus Museum of Art we drew pictures, made sculptures, and played with color.
At the Ohio Historical Society Museum we learned all about the animals in Ohio and old-timey stuff.
What's the fox say!
Playing in our 1950s Lustron home...
We are real mummies! Just like in Scooby Doo!
