Happy Birthday, Daddy! We got him two new football shirts. I know he loves football.
We also went to Daddy's Chili Cook-off party. He was very important, making announcements all night and voting on the best chili. I got my face painted, made a buckeye necklace, played corn hole, learned the difference between pills and candy, and pretended to be pharmacists.

Short Stories
As you all know, I love to write. I practice every day at school. Mom thought you might like to read some of my short stories.
"All About Me" - my short autobiography
"Summertime Memories" - a brief account of my vacation in Orlando. Make sure you read the emotional ending!
"A Man Playing Football" - a complete work of fiction that has nothing to do with my life (ha-ha)
"All Stars: Jerry Rice" - one essay from a series I have written on great football players

Halloween's coming!! Are you ready?
Halloween is almost here. Our house is pretty spooky, but there are two others that are really spooky. Maybe one day we will be just as good.
And we got our costumes today!
Our cemetery house. We still need to add the cobwebs and jumping spider.
The witch house.
The freak show house.
And we got our costumes today!
Guess who I am going to be..... No, not Ron Weasley. I'm Harry Potter, of course.
Cole is a zombie skeleton. Very scary!
Best Weekend EVER!
Saturday morning: My baseball team won our first playoff game! I made several outs at 1st and 2nd base. Despite our losing record, we are moving on to the next round.
Saturday afternoon: Grandma and Grandpa came down for the weekend. They went with us to Saturday night mass, where I sang for the first time in the Children's Choir. I even got to announce the first song using the microphone. Afterwards, I went to the first choir party. We roasted hot dogs, decorated pumpkins, made masks, ran goofy relay races, and had a dance party.
Saturday night: My second front tooth finally came out!
Sunday morning; I slept in, ate bacon and pancakes with whip cream, and played video games. My Halloween costume arrived in the mail.
Sunday afternoon: My football team played our last game, a battle for the division championship.... and we WON! I made two huge plays that helped our team win. I caught a long bomb pass right near the end zone. And on our last drive, I ran it up the middle for a first down. I love my team! I can't wait for football next year!! Go Eagles!
Can you see me?

Daddy's Lizards
Daddy, Luke and I caught a bunch of lizards at Nana and Grandfather's house in Florida. We are taking really good care of them and now they love us. Can you believe they eat 100 crickets a week!
They have a super cool habitat. Dad got them a lizard ladder, two repti-hammocks, lots of plants, and a heat lamp.
This one is our favorite. His name is Greenie and he can change colors.

Little Scholar
Kindergarten is a lot of work. I'm learning my numbers and letters, how to write, and how to read quietly on my own. I am also singing lots of fun songs, making beautiful art, and playing with my best friends, Elle, Reagan, and Madeline.
