First good snow

Today was the first day that I can remember playing in the snow. I know there are photos that prove I've done it before, but that was soooo long ago. Mommy put lots of socks and shirts and pants on me and we all went outside to play. It was cold, wet, windy, snowy, and fun. I made tracks in the snow with mommy, chased a ball with Abby, and got hit by a few snowballs from Cole and Daddy.

Science

I thought science was just for museums. Nope. Today daddy taught me that dry ice + water = smoke! The experiment was a success.

Body parts

I know I've got them, but I haven't really learned many of their names. I can always point out and say "nose". A close second is my belly, toes, hair, and mouth. Its hit or miss on my ears, eyes, and feet. As for the rest of them.... well maybe this nice puppy will fill me in.

Luke's show

Did you know that I'm into Yo Gabba Gabba? I need a little bit every day, preferably right after breakfast or when I get home from school. Thank goodness mommy knows what "Go!" and me pointing at the tv or computer means.

Jedi Cole

Did you know that I'm into Star Wars? I've seen Episode I and II and every light saber battle I could find on YouTube. I've also got a book about lots of different people in Star Wars and I've memorized their names and their special moves. I make mommy quiz me all the time and I can remember them all. Tonight mom finally figured out how to make me a Jedi outfit. It works for me!

Bubbles for me?

Cole is trying to teach me to blow bubbles. So far no luck, but mommy keeps telling me that once upon a time Cole was just learning too.

Fine motor skills

Mommy doesn't often break out the crayons for me. Sometimes I eat them and sometimes they make me mad and I throw them everywhere. Today I did a bit better. Maybe she doesn't realize I'm a year and a half old now. That is soooo old. Anyway, I did my best to create a masterpiece.

Christmas shopping

I love to go Christmas shopping at the mall. Although we are always too busy playing in the mall playground and eating ice cream to actually go shopping. Let me start over. I love playing and eating in the mall!

I'm worn out!

Santa!

I saw the real Santa! Not a fake one with a fake beard, but the real one. I told him that I wanted a candy cane and Star Wars Legos. I'm sure he'll put them in my stocking because I am on the nice list.

Luke came with me but he did not want to talk to Santa or sit on his lap. Oh well, I'm not sure if Santa brings toys to babies anyway.

Wild Wizard

Got my magic hat, magic wand, and magic boots. I can even make myself disappear!

Dentist!

Made it through my first dental cleaning and set of x-rays today. I got to have bubble gum toothpaste and they gave me lots of presents when it was over. I was the model patient. The tv on the ceiling playing Dora the Explorer probably had something to do with that.

Dressed up

Mommy took pictures today for our Christmas cards. I waited until after our photo shoot to spill juice and food all over my clothes. Here are a few pics that didn't make the cut.
