More volcanos

I'm still pursuing my dream of becoming a volcanologist. I draw volcano pictures every day and watch the wonderful movie Forces of Nature by National Geographic. Dad helped me step it up a notch with a fire and ash volcano. The baking soda - vinegar volcano is too tame for me.

Check out my erupting play doh volcano.

Volcanic eruption, take two.

Two peas in a pod

My cousin Max and I love to play video games. This weekend we played on the iPad and the XBox. We played every game we have. We played so much that mommy has banned me from video games.... for now.

There's Corwin on the drums!

Homework

Mommy loves to teach me about numbers, letters, my name, shapes, and all kinds of things. I already do lots of that at preschool. School work at home just sounds wrong. I sat down for mommy school long enough for her to take a picture. Don't I look like I'm learning!

Snuggle time

Twenty degree weather plus a Tom and Jerry marathon equals snuggle time with Luke.

Chocolate smile

Nothing like hot chocolate on a cold day.

Volcanologist

I love volcanoes. When I grow up I'm going to be a volcanologist. I have 6 books about volcanoes from the library and I've studied them all. I love to draw pictures of erupting volcanoes and watch volcano videos on the computer. Today mom helped me make my own erupting volcano.

It wasn't quite as exciting as I thought it would be. There was no smoke, ash, or lava bombs. Maybe next time I'll make some little houses, trees, and people that will get trapped in the lava. Hmmm.... I'll update you on my next try.

I'm a tree!

Its so sad to say bye to the Christmas decorations. I think I would have made a great Christmas tree.

Bye Frosty

Its so sad to see you go. Is winter over now? When can we put up the pool?

School days

This week we all went back to school. I love waiting for the school bus with Cole and I like my friends and teachers, but I'd much rather play with my toys and go to Disney World. Oh well. Mommy doesn't like waiting for the school bus in the rain. I do, because I love using the brulella (aka umbrella).

playing with Grandma and Grandpa

Thanks for coming to see us! Thanks for the Christmas presents! Thanks for letting us wake you up by jumping in your bed every morning. And thanks for playing play doh, go fish, connect four, and beyblades!

Grandpa learned beyblades pretty quick.
He beat Luke and Grandma a lot of times, but not me of course.

Christmas Legos

Thanks to everyone who got me Lego sets for Christmas this year. Today I officially finished building each one of them. Now I have to decide which one I'm going to take apart first so I can do it all over again.

Thanks Ali, Dan, and Dexter for the Star Wars X-Wing Fighter.

Thanks mom and dad for the Ninjago Skull Truck.

Thanks Grandpa Larry for the Lego City Fire Transporter set.

And thanks to my brother Luke for the Lego Monster Fighter's Mummy set.

I love them all!

Happy New Year!

Guess I did too much partying last night. Stayed up until 10:30 watching Enchanted with mommy.

Sledding

I think mom and dad got tired of dragging us around the yard on our sled. Yesterday we took our sled to a real sledding hill at the metro park. It was super fun!

My feet and hands got way too cold.

Merry Christmas!

Happy, happy Christmas! I hope you had fun. We sure did. Cole woke me up this morning to show me that Santa came while we were sleeping. Santa ate his cookies, wrote us a letter, and left us toys in our stockings. He even brought us a real drum set to share! I'm so glad he thought I was a good boy this year. Cole and I spent all day playing with our toys and eating sweets. Daddy made us a huge dinner and Uncle Bob and our friend Matt came over to eat and visit. It was a terrific day.

I had so many presents from Santa, I didn't know where to start.

Cole was so amazed that Santa wrote us a letter!

Check out our drum set. I think I'm a natural.

Cole got lots of new lego sets.

Daddy had fun putting together my new race track.

Thanks for the play doh Ali!

Look at that yummy turkey. Maybe someday I'll start eating more than bread and cranberry jelly for Christmas dinner. Maybe when I'm 5.
