Summer visit to Ali's Part 2

Ali's new house is right in the middle of our long drive to the Outer Banks. We stayed with her on our way down and back up.

Ali got me a special early birthday present to help me practice my batting.

We visited Manassas National Battlefield Park. I learned about the Civil War and visited monuments and cemeteries. 

I did NOT know that soldiers dressed like this.

 

 Lots of soldiers are buried here.
