Go Giants!

I love my Giants team. Coach Shawn taught me so much. I got lots of practice playing 3rd base and I made lots of outs. That is my favorite position. We did not win one game! But I loved it anyway. Can't wait for fall ball.

Rockies MVP

I had a great spring baseball season on the Rockies. We did not make it to the championship, but I learned a lot and had tons of fun. And... my teammates and coaches voted for me to go to the All-Star game! It was great!

The Rookie National League All-Star Team.

Here is Wyatt, Chase, and me. The three all-stars from the Rockies.

Summer Reading Club

One of the best things about summer is playing at the library. Cole, Mom, and me are in the Summer Reading Club. We can win prizes and go to all kinds of fun events all summer.

COSI at the library.

Learning to draw.

 Mo Willems party!!

After reading for 4 hours, the library gave me a coupon sheet. Thanks for the free Taco Bell, Library!

VBS

VBS is Vacation Bible School, aka Church Camp. Mom signed me and Cole up for this without even asking! Can you believe her. I liked the activities and the music and the snacks, but that's it.

Father's Day

This year we gave daddy lots of love and hand made gifts. He is the best daddy ever.

The Zoo with Mrs. Clouse

My Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Clouse, invited us to go to the zoo with her. It was so much fun!

Look at everyone who showed up!

We saw lots of animals close up.

We even fed the giraffes!

And... I ended up in jail.

And of course, we sat for a bit on Carolyn's bench.

I'm a first grader now

I made it through my first year of real school! I did amazing. I got my final report card from Mrs. Clouse. She said that I am good at everything and especially distinguished in math. I can write all my numbers and add and subtract with numbers 0-10. I am also distinguished with sight words and understanding stories. I needed to be at reading level C to finish Kindergarten, and I am at level D. Yea me!

Last day of school

June 5th was my last day in 2nd grade. To celebrate I got my report card and we had a luau party. My best subjects in school are reading and math with money. Followed by math and science, and lastly writing. I'm sailing into 3rd grade. But enough about that, want to see the party?
