Is it October yet?

Close enough!

Tag along

Thanks to Cole, I got a trip to Chuck E Cheese. The birthday boy and his family must have liked me a lot because they gave me pizza and cake! Sometimes having a big brother really pays off.

Carrots too?

Does this qualify as a carrot? I think our garden only likes to grow cucumbers.

Gotta have it

So all the kids are making cool bracelets with the Rainbow Loom. I HAVE to have it too!! Dad said no. Mom said no. I scrounged rubber bands from the bus and other kids. I learned how to make one using just my fingers. I went to friends' houses and used theirs. And then finally... mom gave in. Now I have the Rainbow Loom too! I've made like 30 bracelets. I can make you one if you like.

Here's me making due with just my fingers.

Now I'm officially a pro.

Still summertime?

Cole: Why does our ice cream truck man look like a villain?
Luke: I think because he's a girl dressed like a man.

Orioles, take two

I'm an Oriole... again! Yea, its fall t-ball time. I'm already a great hitter, great runner, and great thrower. This is a piece of cake.

I love mom and paper

Today I found youtube videos on origami. I already love making things out of paper, so this is perfect for me. I made some paper balloons and ninja starts.

I also love my mommy. She helps me do my handwriting homework every day. She left me a special note on my desk in my classroom. She goes to all my baseball games, plays catch with me in the yard, and finds all my missing lego pieces. We are all sad about Carolyn, but she is the saddest of us all. So, I wrote her a nice letter and made her some flowers out of paper. I love mom! (and paper!)

More blogs

I am not the only blogger around. My teacher, Mrs. Cervantes, is starting a blog for our class. Her last post features ME and my awesome batman dance. Check it out: http://cervantescircus.blogspot.com/

In class we take dance breaks, so I wanted to make my own dance video on youtube. Mom and Dad said I might regret this when I'm older. I have no idea why. It is AWESOME!

School party

Today my school had a family party. It was great! I met Cinderella and rode in her pumpkin coach, I rode on a real pony, I pet a lamb, I bounced in the bouncy house, and I played lots and lots of games.

I bet Cole wishes that he still went to my school.

Missing my friend

My mommy had a great friend named Carolyn. She was my friend too. She took lots of pictures of me, she loved all the books I wrote, she brought me movies, and she promised to teach me to use photoshop and draw on the computer. She drove a cool red race car, she was super smart, and a real author! I have her book. I wish she could still be here to visit with me and Luke is missing her hugs and kisses. We are all so sad that she is gone. We had so many things we were planning to do.

Here is a picture of Carolyn and some of our favorite pictures that she took of us. Mommy says I can think of her and smile when I look at all the pictures she took that are hanging up in our house. That is pretty good, but I think I'd rather get one of her hugs.

Big trucks are cool

Gemini

Mommy and Daddy say that sometimes I can be two different people. This week was a perfect example. Angel Luke was the model student at school, listening to the teachers, following directions after only hearing them once, helping classmates, and earning double prizes for excellent behavior. Devil Luke made mischief at home, coloring all over the couch with pen and throwing golf balls at Cole's head.
