Christmas 2015!

Christmas was so exciting! We had so much to do and it all happened so fast. After weeks of practicing and working up my courage I sang at church in the cherub choir. Cole sang the solo and in the regular kids choir, but that was no big deal for him. Grandma and Grandpa came to see us! It was pretty exciting. The next morning was Christmas! We had presents from Santa and from our family. And we ate lots of yummy food.

There's me! Standing up in the front of church. I did a great job with my two songs.

Can you find Cole?

My top two teeth are loose.

Santa gave me and Cole kendamas. They are really fun!

Best present - mini iPads from mom and dad!!

I asked for science for Christmas and I got it! Snap circuits and a terrarium.

1st grade holiday party

We celebrated Christmas break with a holiday party in our classroom. Mom helped us with the party. We did all kinds of crafts and ate yummy snacks. Parties are way better than school.

We made snowman pictures.

We made snowflakes out of beads.

We turned each other into snowmen with toilet paper!

School holiday party

On the last day of school in December we had a big party. My friends at school are always wild. We had a ton of fun!

We got a little crazy with the powdered donuts.

Here are my closest friends, Logan, Pepper, and Mason.

Christmas preparations

Christmas is the busiest time of year! There are so many thing to do to get ready. We decorated the house with lights and a Christmas tree. We baked tons of Christmas cookies. We sent out Christmas cards. We listened to Christmas music and watched our favorite Christmas movie, Elf. We went to the Nutcracker ballet. We talked to Santa and begged mom and dad for lots of toys. We love Christmas!

I'm mom's best cookie helper.

Even Dad decorated a few cookies.

We saw my friend Liv in the Nutcracker ballet! She was a mouse and I brought her flowers.

Me and the man himself - Santa!! Cole and I both asked him for a Kendama.

Thanksgiving 2015

We spent Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa in Cleveland. Thanksgiving dinner is so yummy. I ate tons of rolls and cranberry jelly. After dinner we went to Uncle Dave's and saw lots of cousins. Yea!

Ryan and Ellie love me!

I met Beth's new puppy!

OSU Chili Cook-off

Daddy's chili cook-off party is so much fun! He gets to talk on a microphone and eat chili, while we play lots of games, eat popcorn and sno-cones, and make buckeye necklaces.

Honestly, I don't know why there was a kangaroo. But he was nice!

I'm an elite

Do I need to remind you that I'm an elite athlete! This fall my dream came true. I made the New Albany 8U Travel Baseball team. We practiced twice a week in the fall and played two double-header scrimmages. I was measured for my official uniform in December. Next week practices start back up. I can't wait!!

Here are some pictures from a practice. Be prepared for tons more this Spring and Summer!

History in New Albany

This fall my class went to the Ealy House. It is the oldest house in New Albany (I think). We learned all about how people lived in New Albany in the 1800s. The best part was that we all walked there from the Elementary School and Mom came with us!

Here is my class!
