Where'd Ali go?

I'm only 3 and a half months old, so I may be a little slow... but I have to ask where'd Ali go? One minute she was here giving me hugs and next thing you know I wake up and she's gone. Come back soon Ali!

NEW HOUSE!!

Mommy and daddy have been telling me for weeks that we are moving to a new house. Well I guess they weren't joking around. Today they bought it and brought me, Luke, and Abby there to play for a few hours. It is awesome! It is big and empty and fun to run around in. I like my new house and I like my old house. How will I ever decide where I want to live?

Can you see me?

Have you seen Monsters, Inc.? It is the greatest (and only) movie I have ever seen. My new house has a crazy play room with pictures of Mike and Sully and doors.

I am officially inviting all of you over to visit me and my new house. I love parties and if you are not too big, I will let you swing on my new swing.

News flash!!!

Tonight was my first poop in the potty. I've known it was an option for a while now, but I always chose my diaper instead. Even though I had to do it standing up, most of it made it in the potty. Yea me!

Mascot

Go Buckeyes? Go Gators? Ugh. This is all so confusing. I think I'll just root for my own school.

GO COUGARS!

Good day

Today was my first day of school! I have been there lots of times, but never to stay by myself. I spent time with my new teachers and friends. I was the youngest baby in my room which made me feel extra special. Everything was so interesting that I couldn't bear to take a nap. There are too many mobiles to look at, friends to smile at, and toys to suck on. I was so tired that at the end of the day I slept in my car seat for over 2 hours, woke up for a bottle, and then went to bed an hour and a half early. School sure is tiring!

Bad day

Today was baby Luke's first day at school. I know mommy told me all about it many, many times but I don't think I completely understood what she meant. When we had outside time I ran over to the window to Luke's classroom to say hi. Luke was there WITHOUT mommy! And I couldn't touch him through the window. He's my brother! It is not nice to keep us apart. It made me so sad and really ruined both of my outside play times. Also today I was minding my own business trying to wash my hands when one of my "friends" bit me! That is the second time! He is a bad, bad boy. Maybe he should watch Yo Gabba Gabba so he can learn that we don't bite our friends.
Today wasn't all bad though. I did use the potty at school three times. And when I told mommy that I was sad and didn't feel good she let me eat a peanut butter and jelly waffle and watch my Monsters movie. Whew. What a day.

Spiders!

I am not amused. Is this big brother love?

Flag!

Because I go to school, sometimes I have homework to do. This month I made a flag. Do you know the best thing about a flag? The glue!

Bye Grandma

Thanks for spending the last week with me, Luke, and Mommy. I'm glad I got to show you my Monsters movie. Come back soon!

Three months old

Yea me! Its been a whirlwind 3rd month. I thought I'd rehash some of the highlights. My greatest accomplishment of course has been rolling from belly to back. I can do it 9 times out of 10, depending on how tired I am. One drawback from my flipping is that it has been disturbing my naps. I hate to sleep on my back so once I flip over, my excitement is quickly replaced by frustration. I'm also getting better at sucking on my hands. Sometimes I like my pacifier and sometimes my hands, but my pacifier is still more dependable. I like to smile and make lots of ooh's and ah's. I traveled to Cleveland and Cincinnati this month and got held by many different people. Although to be honest I think I slept through most of it. I also had my first fever and ear infection. That was not fun. Swallowing the medicine was pretty tricky, even after 10 days I think most of it ended up on my bib.
I enjoy doing many different things, like tummy time or my bouncy chair, for about 20 minutes and then I need to do something new. I HATE riding in my car seat and I'm not too fond of sitting on mommy's lap while she sends emails.
This week I had my school enrollment meeting. That sounds so official. I have been helping mommy take Cole to and from school for months now, but I guess pretty soon I'll be in school too. I knew I was getting bigger! I got to meet my teachers Destany and Shannon. They both know Cole and are expecting great things from me. I'm sure I won't disappoint.

Sick day

Its been a long time since I was sent home sick from school. I have a cough and a fever, but I don't feel all that bad. In fact I think being sick is pretty great. I get to have yummy medicine and mommy let me watch a movie for the very first time. It is called Monsters, Inc. Don't be fooled by the title; these aren't scary monsters. They are nice monsters. I liked it so much that I cried when it was over because I didn't want it to end. Maybe I'll get to see it again tomorrow.
