Game face

This is my serious game face. Terrifying, isn't it?

Brady

After a year of thorough research on caring for rodents and begging mom and dad, I finally got my wish. Here's my gerbil, Brady! I used my own birthday money to get him.

I'm really glad that mom likes him so much. She is helping me take care of him.

COSI trip

This summer we finally dragged daddy to COSI, the science museum. I think he had lots of fun. I know I did!

We learned about nutrition from some OSU pharmacy students.

Outside the museum is pretty cool too. This is my city, Columbus!

Fall ball

This fall I've been playing on two teams, the Sea Dogs for baseball and the Panthers for flag football.

My Sea Dogs didn't make it past the first playoff game, but I still had fun!

I love my Panther's team. I play quarterback all the time and I've scored lots of touchdowns. The best thing about it though is.... my dad is one of the coaches!

All the flag football teams went to a high school football game together. It was super fun.

Luke had a good time too.

Visit with Grandfather

Grandfather came to visit us during our first week of school! We love visitors! We read him books and he came to baseball practice. We even played some awesome glow in the dark putt-putt!

We took him to the Farmer's Market.

Don't I look good in his glasses?

He also did grown-up stuff with Mommy when we were at school. No fair!

That looks like a fun bathtub!

Back to school

Luke and I are back in school. He's in first grade and I'm in third. We are still in two different buildings but now Luke gets to ride the bus to and from school with me.

Check out my classroom! 3rd grade is awesome!

August visit with Ali

This summer at Ali's we learned a lot about Lincoln and saw an amazing church. We also had lots of fun in her neighborhood and went to the National Zoo!

The zoo was filled with interesting things... and it was super hot!!

We all hung out under the sprinklers.

Metro snuggle time.
