Ford's Theater

After seeing where Lincoln lived, we saw where Lincoln died. Ali took us to Ford's Theater. This is where Lincoln was shot while watching a play. The bad guy was John Wilkes Booth who was actually an actor at that theater. We took a tour of the museum and saw a two-man play about that night in the theater.

We all took the audio tour.

This is John Wilkes Booth's gun that he used to shoot Abraham Lincoln. It is so small!

At the top right is the private box where Abraham Lincoln was sitting.

This is the house across the street where they brought Lincoln.
