I want to watch the OSU game but I can't keep my eyes open. Night games are not for babies.

Grandma is here!
Monday Grandma came to visit. Today we spent all day today together and I was a good boy for her. Of course, I did demand to sleep on her as much as possible.
We played all day and then I also got visits from my cousins Beth and Joe, and Aunt Ali! What a busy day. And tomorrow I get another day of playing and sleeping on Grandma. I just had a nice warm bath and I am beat. Off to bed for me.

My first cold :(
Mommy gave me her stuffy nose. I wish I knew how to blow my nose, it seems to make Mommy feel better. All I can do is blow snot bubbles. I'm already crabby enough, and mom and dad keep shoving this pointy green thing up my nose! It makes me soooo mad! I'm going to have nightmares tonight about it. Even my fun bath time didn't keep me happy for long.

Doctor update
What a dirty trick. Mommy and daddy took me back to the doctors today. First they let me play in front of a big mirror. I saw the cutest baby making smiley faces at me! Then the nice nurse measured me. This time I got all A's! I weighed 15 lbs. 11 oz. (+97%tile) and I am 24.5 inches long (95%tile). Then wham, they stabbed me in the leg with a needle 4 times. That is just cruel. Whatever they put in those shots made me so sleepy. I'm going back to bed. I now know that shots suck.

Two months old already
Yea me, I'm two months old! I can easily raise my head up 90 degrees when I'm laying on my tummy. I am getting better at sucking my thumb, those darn arms are so hard to control. I am starting to sleep through the night (9:30 p.m. to 5-6 a.m.). I have been known to eat 6-7 ounces of formula in one sitting. My favorite thing to do is to smile and make lots of sounds. I'm really good at saying "A-goo". Tomorrow I go to the doctor for my 2 month check-up. I keep hearing mommy say that she is worried about me getting lots of shots. I'm not sure what shots are, but I hope they are fun.
Winners and losers
And the winner is.....
Mommy, for running a 5k two months after giving birth to me! She told me that she spent the whole race chasing after Aunt Ali. She also told me that next year I can go with her in the jogging stroller. That sounds pretty cool. Since mom, dad, and Aunt Ali were running the race, they left me with Uncle Dan. He looked pretty nervous so I was super good and slept through the whole race.
And the loser is.....
the Browns. I am smiling because mommy took this picture at the beginning of the game when I still had hope. Aunt Ali says that it is good for me to be a Browns fan because it will build character. I'm not quite sure what that means.

Hiking
Sunday night mom and dad took me to Blendon Woods Metro Park for a walk in the woods. Seeing all the trees and flowers was lots of fun. I swear I didn't sleep through the whole thing.
We went into a cool Monarch butterfly tent and daddy introduced me to a few butterflies. They were so friendly and colorful.

Go Bucks!
Wow! My first Buckeye game was great. I watched it at home with mom and dad and my new friends Ann, Heidi, Bob, and Terry. It was a lot of fun. Actually I spent most of the game playing with Ann and Heidi. I showed them how good I am at smiling and sucking my thumb (well I'm still working on that one). Then I got to see Michigan lose to Appalachian State. Crazy! To top off a great day, later that night the Indians won too. What a day.
Here is a picture of me with my Great Aunt Cindy and Great Uncle Ned. They both went to the OSU game and stopped by to see me beforehand.
